Follow up on web requests while your crew is busy
The follow-up add-on calls eligible web-form leads within about a minute, during its calling window. It is for homeowners who have given written consent naming your roofing business.

This optional add-on follows up consented web-form inspection requests while your crew is occupied. Calls use your roofing knowledge to collect the concern and establish the next step. One fixed consent box is unchecked by default:
"By checking this box, I agree that [Your business name] may call me at the phone number above about my request, including calls made with automated technology and an AI voice assistant. Consent is not a condition of purchase. I can say "stop" on any call and I won't be called again."
Calls go out within about a minute during calling hours, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. the lead's time, otherwise the next morning. Calls reach only the 50 US states, with at most one follow-up per number daily: one attempt plus one retry 10 minutes later.
From consented form request to a roofing conversation
An eligible form request starts the follow-up process, with one attempt and one retry. The receptionist discloses its role and recording, then applies your intake and routing instructions.

When the homeowner answers, your receptionist states that it is a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded. It asks about the roofing request using the same business knowledge you supplied for answering calls. An inspection request can become a Google Calendar appointment or details for your callback.
A report that meets your urgent-call rules can follow your on-call contact order. If the person asks to stop, the opt-out is honored at once. The add-on allows one attempt plus one retry, rather than an open-ended sequence of calls.
Supply the consent records and roofing instructions
You are responsible for consent records and the business information your receptionist uses. Set the accepted services, service area, booking policy and urgent contacts before enabling follow-up for web requests.

Our follow-up policy requires prior express written consent under the TCPA, not just a phone number in a form. The federal rule defines written consent around an agreement authorizing specified calls and identifying the seller. Keep the consent records for your requests; a checkbox by itself is not a substitute for the full agreement.
Alongside that permission, give the receptionist useful roofing instructions. State where you work, what you offer, how inspection requests should proceed and who handles active leaks. Those details determine what happens after the homeowner picks up.
No cold calls, bought leads or repeated chasing
The add-on excludes cold calling, lists and purchased leads. It limits attempts, honors opt-outs immediately and stays within its calling window, even when a request arrives overnight.

A phone number copied from a lead list does not qualify for this add-on. Neither does buying names from another business. We limit follow-up to people who filled in your web form and gave the required written permission naming your roofing business.
The timing also has a boundary: within about a minute applies during the permitted calling window, not throughout the night. We make one attempt and one retry, and honor opt-outs at once. If a homeowner does not answer, the feature does not keep calling until someone picks up.
Hear the receptionist before adding follow-up calls
The browser demo lets you hear roofing intake with a fictional business. Use it to assess the conversation, then review the add-on's consent and timing requirements for your own requests.

Use the fictional roofing conversation to hear how the receptionist asks about an inspection or active leak. This browser session lets you judge the voice and intake without submitting a live lead. It does not place an outbound callback to demonstrate the add-on's timing.
After listening, request your receptionist's free trial; we'll email your sign-in link when ready so you can supply your roofing instructions through onboarding. If you want the follow-up add-on, check your web-form consent and records against its requirements. Keep the conversation test and the permission to call real homeowners as separate setup tasks.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly does it call a roofing web-form lead?
The add-on calls within about a minute for eligible requests during its calling window, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the lead's local time. A form submission outside that window does not trigger an overnight call. The person must have given written consent naming your business before follow-up is allowed.
Is entering a phone number enough permission for follow-up?
No. Our add-on requires prior express written consent, with a web-form checkbox naming your business. You are responsible for keeping the consent records. The TCPA's federal rules set requirements for the written agreement, so the phone-number field alone does not meet our permission requirement for placing these follow-up calls.
How many times will the receptionist try a lead?
The add-on makes one attempt plus one retry, within the lead's local calling window. It does not continue through a long sequence when someone fails to answer. If the person opts out, we honor that request at once, so the remaining attempt is not a reason to call again.
Can I use it with purchased roofing leads or cold-call lists?
No. This add-on is limited to people who submit your web form and give the required written consent naming your business. It does not offer list dialing, cold calling or calls to purchased leads. Use it for requested contact from your own form, with the consent records your business is responsible for keeping.
Can a follow-up conversation lead to an inspection booking?
Yes. The receptionist can book into Google Calendar or take the homeowner's details for your office to call back, depending on your instructions. It can also flag urgency and follow your urgent-contact order. The conversation uses your business knowledge, with disclosure that a virtual assistant is speaking and the call is recorded.
