Callers Hear the AI Disclosure and Recording Notice

Your receptionist introduces itself as a virtual assistant and says the call is recorded at the start of each call. You cannot turn off either notice in your greeting.

Clear introduction
Callers hear that your receptionist is a virtual assistant before intake begins.
Recording notice
The opening greeting tells callers their conversation is being recorded.
Fixed disclosure
Business settings cannot switch off the assistant notice or recording notice.

The opening greeting tells a homeowner what is answering and that the conversation is recorded. That applies to a rainstorm leak call, an inspection request or a question about an existing job.

You supply the business information used during intake, but the disclosure stays in place. Recordings and transcripts let you review what the caller said and how your receptionist responded. Hear the introduction in a roofing call demo before forwarding your business number.

Call Storage, Business Access and Retention

Call records appear in your dashboard, and service providers support their processing and storage. You choose recording retention; transcripts and summaries follow the account retention schedule described in our privacy policy.

Dashboard records
Your business can review calls, transcripts and recordings in the dashboard.
Recording choice
Select a recording retention period of 30 or 90 days.
Service providers
Hosting, storage, telephone and AI providers support delivery of the service.
See the details

Your dashboard holds the call records you use to follow up with homeowners. Email and app push alerts include a summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording, with a daily digest sent by email.

Recordings are deleted after your selected 30 or 90 days. Transcripts and summaries remain while the account is open and are deleted within 30 days after closure or on request. We do not specify a storage country on this page. Our privacy policy and data practices explain the provider categories involved and how to request information.

How AI Providers Use Call Data

AI model providers process voice and text to support your receptionist. Our AI model provider, OpenAI, does not use our API data to train its models by default. We never sell personal information.

Service processing
Voice and text providers help your receptionist understand and answer callers.
Training default
OpenAI excludes our API data from model training by default.
Marketing limit
We never use your callers' data for our own marketing.
See the details

AI model providers receive voice and text data as part of delivering the receptionist service. That processing supports tasks such as understanding a leak report, answering from your business information and preparing the call summary you review.

OpenAI's default treatment of our API data excludes model training. This is a statement about that default, rather than a claim that outside providers never process call content. We also use provider categories including telephone carriers, hosting and storage, email delivery, payment processing and analytics. Send questions about these data practices to [email protected].

Choose Retention and Request Access or Deletion

You choose how long recordings stay and can request access, correction or deletion by email. Callers can contact your roofing business or us about their information, including requests to opt out.

Retention settings
Choose 30 or 90 days for the recordings your business keeps.
Privacy requests
Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion or an opt-out.
Caller requests
Homeowners can ask your business or contact us about their data.

Your recording retention choice sets how long call audio remains before deletion. Transcripts and summaries have a separate schedule: they stay while your account is open and are deleted within 30 days after it closes or on request.

For a privacy request, write to [email protected] and describe the information or change involved. A caller can approach the roofing business directly because that business decides what caller information it collects and why. We process that information on its behalf. Account settings can also be changed by telling the AI what you want in plain words.

Service Limits and Certifications We Do Not Claim

We do not claim certifications, audits or HIPAA readiness. Healthcare use involving protected health information is not permitted. Your roofing business should review call summaries and keep a backup way to be reached.

No certification claims
We do not claim SOC 2, ISO certification or completed audits.
No healthcare use
Do not use the service to handle protected health information.
Review needed
Your receptionist can make mistakes; check summaries and keep backup contact arrangements.

Our security information describes the service practices in these pages without presenting them as certified or audited controls. We do not offer healthcare use or make HIPAA readiness claims. Keep the receptionist's intake focused on the roofing work and contact details your business needs.

AI responses can contain mistakes, so review the records before acting on a caller's request. The receptionist is not an emergency service. A leak involving electrical danger needs safety first, followed by your on-call process. Read the service responsibilities and limits before requesting a free trial.
